Campbellford Memorial Hospital Celebrating Pride Month

Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is excited to announce its participation in Pride Month, with a series of initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and welcoming healthcare environment for all.

June 1st - Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is excited to announce its participation in Pride Month, with a series of initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and welcoming healthcare environment for all. As part of CMH's commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), these initiatives reflect our dedication to providing exceptional care and support to everyone who comes through our doors.

Earlier today, CMH hosted an official Pride Flag raising ceremony in collaboration with Trent Hills Pride in order to symbolize our unwavering support for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals and our commitment to creating a safe and accepting space within our organization.

Throughout the month of June, CMH will be providing staff members with educational resources on inclusivity training. These resources will help empower our dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver inclusive person centered care and ensure that every person receives the respect and understanding they deserve.

Moreover, CMH is dedicated to promoting itself as a 2SLGBTQI+ safe space committed to offering an inclusive healthcare experience where everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, feels respected and valued.

Join us in celebrating Pride Month and supporting our ongoing commitment to inclusivity and acceptance within our community. Together, we can make a lasting impact and ensure that every individual receives the exceptional care they deserve.
