Campbellford Memorial Health Centre
Not many rural communities can say they have access to a modern, state-of-the-art health centre that provides local access to much-needed primary care. At Campbellford Memorial Health Centre, our dedicated medical professionals, doctors, nurses, and allied health providers, are here not only to treat you when you’re unwell, but also to support your long-term health and wellness.
Opened in April 2000 and located right next to Campbellford Memorial Hospital, the Health Centre was built as a true "one-stop" health care hub for residents of Campbellford and surrounding communities.
Built with Community Support
The Health Centre is a testament to what our community can achieve together. The $2.3 million required to build the facility was made possible thanks to generous support from the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation and local donours, with the remaining costs financed through a mortgage.

The second floor is home to a modern group practice space that can accommodate up to eight full-time physcians and nurse pratitioners, as well as allied health professionals.
This “turnkey” environment makes it easier for new physicians to establish their practice in our community, while patients benefit from the convenience of having multiple services in one place.
