Campbellford Memorial Hospital is proud to share its campus with three valued community partners who help strengthen local health and wellness. Together, we provide a continuum of care that supports patients, families, and seniors across Trent Hills and beyond.

Campbellford Memorial Health Centre
A modern, state-of-the-art health facility located next to CMH, the Health Centre provides local access to primary care and allied health services. Opened in 2000, it offers a “one-stop” clinical hub for physicians, nurse practitioners, and patients alike.

Campbellford Memorial Multicare Lodge
The Multicare Lodge offers affordable retirement living for seniors in a safe and supportive environment. With 49 apartment units, meal programs, security features, social activities, and supportive housing services, the Lodge promotes independence while ensuring peace of mind.

Trent Hills Family Health Team
The Trent Hills Family Health Team (THFHT) delivers comprehensive primary care through an interdisciplinary model of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health staff. Serving approximately 13,000 patients, the THFHT provides a wide range of health programs and services at multiple sites in Campbellford, Warkworth, and Hastings.
