Some examples of topics we cover in our support group are: shopping on a budget, moving mindfully, tips for eating out and minding your medications. These sessions are open to anyone with diabetes, as well as their family members or caregivers. For additional information please contact 705-632-2024.

Cooking Class – The Diabetes Education Program offers a cooking class once per month for individuals with diabetes. In each class we prepare 2 - 3 recipes and enjoy a tasty meal together.
