Below are a list of programs offered through the Diabetes Education Program.
Diabetes Education Support Group - The Diabetes Education Program offers a monthly support group. In each session we have open discussions and do activities based on a topic related to diabetes. These sessions are drop-in and take place in the OTN Room on the main floor of the Hospital across from the hearing clinic. Some examples of topics we cover in our support group are: shopping on a budget, moving mindfully, tips for eating out and minding your medications. These sessions are open to anyone with diabetes, as well as their family members or caregivers. For additional information please contact 705-632-2024.
