Jeff Hohenkerk - President/CEO
Jeff has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, including over10 years in senior leadership. Prior to arriving at CMH, Jeff was a Vice President at Quinte Health where his portfolios included Human Resources, Clinical Services, Partnerships and Chief Transformation Officer. During his time at Quinte Health Jeff also provided clinical oversight, design and direction for the new Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital and also provided leadership in the planning and design of multi-million dollar capital projects throughout Quinte Health’s four hospital sites.
Jeff has also served as a Director for Diagnostic Imaging at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Montreal as well as for the Rouge Valley Health System in Scarborough and as a Change Management and Improvement Coach for the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Jeff is a values based leader who believes a leader's greatest strength lies in their ability to empower and inspire others.
Heather Campbell - VP Patient Care/Chief Nursing Executive
Heather started at CMH in January 2023 as the hospital's Clinical Quality Lead before taking over as VP Patient Care/CNE in April 2023. Campbell received her nursing education at Humber College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She has more than 15 years of Clinical Management experience, including as Patient Care Manager: Emergency and Critical Care at Northumberland Hills Hospital and as the Director of Emergency, Primary and Rural Care at Quinte Health. More recently, she served as Director of Capacity & Access Flow for Ontario Health and she is currently a course instructor in the Nursing Department at Loyalist College in Belleville.
Adam Kolisnyk - VP Corporate Services/CFO
Adam joined CMH in August 2022 and has extensive experience in financial management both inside and outside of the healthcare sector and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Lakehead University as well as a joint CPA/CMA designation.
Adam began his career in finance as a Cost Accountant for Bombardier and has also worked for Wasaya Airways, the Interior Health Authority of British Columbia and served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Geraldton District Hospital. While in Geraldton, he helped to spearhead a $20 million capital expansion project that included the construction of a new Emergency Department.
Jessica Brandon - Manager Human Resources
Jessica joined CMH as the Human Resources Manager in July 2024. She brings a wealth of experience from various sectors, having previously held HR roles with Savage Arms in Lakefield, the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, the City of Belleville, and the Durham Regional Police Service.
Jessica's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Windsor, a certificate in Human Resources Management from Trent University, and specialized training in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Her comprehensive expertise in human resources and diverse industry experience makes her a valuable asset to the CMH team.
Dr. Dimitri Louvish - Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Dr. Louvish is responsible for chairing the Medical Advisory Committee and providing physician leadership and oversight for the quality of care and services.
Dr. Louvish completed his medical degree at McGill University in 2002. Over the years, he has worked in urban and rural locations and gained extensive expertise in general and emergency medicine, public health, occupational medicine, sports medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, mental health and addictions, and chronic pain management. He is also an examiner with the College Family Physicians of Canada, a peer assessor and physician member of the Disciplinary and Preliminary Inquiry Committee, and a physician member at the Consent and Capacity Board, Ontario Ministry of Health.
John Russell - Executive Director Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation
John has been the Executive Director of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation since October 2012 and in that time has helped raise over $10 million for the purchase of medical equipment and capital upgrades for CMH. John is also an active member of the hospital’s Redevelopment Committee and helps organize numerous staff events such as BBQ’s, employee appreciation festivities, and staff awards banquets.
