June 19th, 2023 – Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is thrilled to welcome Dr. Ellen Buck-McFadyen as the newest addition to our Board of Directors. With her remarkable expertise and passion for addressing social determinants of health, we are excited about the positive impact she will bring to our organization.
Dr. Buck-McFadyen is an Assistant Professor and Graduate Program Coordinator at Trent University and has extensive board and community experience. She has served on the Campbellford/Seymour Community Foundation, and is a Co-Founder of the Isaac Foundation, which raises research funds, offers support, and advocates for patients and families coping with rare diseases.
Her dedication to addressing social determinants of health and specialization in rural health care makes her a valuable asset to our board, bringing valuable insights and perspectives to our ongoing efforts to improve community well-being and aligns closely with our mission to create a healthier, more equitable society. As we continue to strive for excellence in our initiatives, Dr. Buck-McFadyen's expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategies and maximizing our impact.
