Welcome to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital FoundationThank you for visiting Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation’s website. We can't afford to wait... Currently the CMH Foundation is in the midst of a $2.5million capital campaign to raise funds to puchase a CT scanner for the Campbellford Memorial Hospital. CT imaging has become the primary investigative tool for the diagnosis of many life-threatening conditions. The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has acknowledged that CT scanning is a critical asset for rural hospitals in the delivery of their medical services. With the generous fundraising efforts of local organizations and businesses, and the support of our various donors, we are closer to reaching our campaign goals. Please take a moment to browse over our recent newsletters, INTOUCH, and our Annual Report. You’ll find stories about people who are making a real difference in the community, giving their time, expertise and funding to the Foundation. Our How to Donate page provides the details you’ll need to support the Foundation, including the types of gifts we can accept. If you want to donate online, our partner Canadahelps.org provides a secure website using the same software as all Canadian banks. The online donation function allows for In Memoriam gifts. For your convenience, all donations receive an instantaneous tax receipt emailed to your personal email. Every year many people honour their loved ones with an In Memorial gift. The Hospital Foundation has each name inscribed in The Book of Remembrance, dating back to 1965. A local calligrapher ensures the book is very appealing. Every name from the Book of Remembrance, the Tree of Life and the Donor Wall are listed on our website. On your next hospital visit, please take a moment to view the donor recognition plaques in the main lobby. If you have any questions, or comments, please contact me. My direct line is 705-632-2014, my fax is 705-653-3430 and my email is nhannam@cmh.ca. Please visit our site again in the near future. Neil Hannam,
